Crocrodile hunting

Sorry for the LATEEEEEEEEEEEEE entry but I've been living like a nomad/caveman for the past few months. I'm currently having peripheral postings in Stirling. I can't believe the hospital banned facebook! SO deprived~!!! To make things worse, I have no internet back home. (Stupid virgin media. Made us wait forever!!!)

Before I came back to Glasgow from Sibu, I passed by KL for some shopping. Met up with JuJu, Keat Seong and Chewn Bin in MidValley's delicious for some brownie. UNFORTUNATELY, when we met, JuJu's slippers snapped! BOTH SIDES!

*tee hee*

What to do?
Walk around bare-footed in Midvalley!

Old slippers into the bin

Being an artist, JuJu had always wanted pink cros. So off we went to Cros. Too bad the pink cros were 50sizes too big! So he had to go for BRIGHT FLASHING RED cros.

JuJu and the RED cros lived happily ever after.

Hiao bo gang

Back in my high school days, when I used to join Scouts, one girl; Miss Chai Ing decided to start a gang. We called it....HIAO BO GANG! kidding..

I had no idea how it started but we got so used to calling each other HIAO BO..the nickname kinda got stuck even after 5 years. Imagine meeting up then everyone calling each other HIAO BO. Aw...good memories~

Hiao Bo Gang Reunion at Everwin Medan Selera

Sad to say...all of us grew fat! I was lucky, coz I just had swine flu and my weight dropped so much they thought I never change! Woohoo~ Yippe Swine Flu!

Most of them had started working or graduating soon. But when we met up, it's as if we never age and still act like what we were back when we're 17/18! So loud and naughty!

Went singing in Kingwood. Had no idea I have many talented friends. Si-bu nue, chion ko meh suo nue~~~

Miss the good old days in Scout where we try to sneak out then almost getting kicked out..and all the camps, games, stupid cheers, silly seniors, stupid marching, blasting sun, super tanned days~
Totally AWESOME!

It was tremendous joy meeting up with them. Some of the Hiao Bo Gang members are missing including our leader and founder, Chai Ing.

Me bestie

I'm so grateful that Han Ying came to visit all the way from Edin! It was such a BLAST!!!

Absolutely loved her presence here~!

Han Ying and Me~
Taken at Nottingham games. Both of us had to travel bout 7 hours all the way there to see each other when we were just an hour away~

So awesome to have a ghostlike-longhair girl sleeping beside me for 2 nights, radiating her warmth, testing out my "self-proclaimed pro" cooking skills, shopping buddy, gossiping whole night, playing ps3...hahaha...! We planned to go sight seeing in some places; Kelvingrove Art Gallery and museum, Oran Mor(cathedral turned pub), Transport museum, Kelvingrove park, University of Glasgow...

NONE of that happened. Coz we were in the city shopping the WHOLE time!!!hahaha...At least we managed to have a glimpse of the statues in George Square!hahaha...

Sree was such a lovely shopping companion..carries our shopping bags, our tall dark body guard and "willingly" tries on stuff for us so that we don't have to mess up our hair

our mini-pot bless presenting our special guests; Han Ying, Chee Mei and Karen
*if you are observant..you'll notice the fire detector covered with plastic bag and sock!!!hehe..absolutely ingenius right~*

We almost missed her bus.
The bus was actually scheduled at 4:45pm so we started walking out of the flat from 4pm. According to google map, it'll take 33 minutes to walk there. But usually it takes us like 20-25minutes for me to reach there...I guessed we were reluctant to let Han Ying go back so we were kinda walking quite slowly~hehe...

When Han Ying actually checked the time..it was already 4:30pm and we were still quite far away from the bus station...all 3 of us were half jogging, half running there!!! The adrenaline~
Luckily made it in time!hehe...But we let her go with a HEAVY heart~

Come visit more often ya!!!
Welcome to Scotland~
